maxed cash harmfull bug

i hade 2147m i bank and it would not let me dospet any more money so i with drew it and i banked it and the 775m i got it from selling morgians and the throwing wepons and it all dissappered so then i bought a statis warhammer to take down the money and i bought it for 2b so i was woundering if i could get back my 775m and if u could raise the max money in bank.
